Service Insights Analyst opportunity working for a market leader, this organisation is an international organisation and one of the world's best-known brands. Reporting into the Service Insights and Reporting Manager this is a newly created role in the business working within a revamped infrastructure and operations team who are now scaling to meet the needs of this ever-growing business.
The business is looking for someone who has the experience to extract value from data to help drive informed decisions across Infrastructure and Operations who can proactively lead and improve reporting insights. The organisation uses a complex mix of third-party resources, therefore through the use of insights this role is pivotal in helping to ensure the demands placed on the supplier base are met at a strategic and tactical level.
You will be someone who is proactive and forward looking in mindset, always looking for ways to drive improvements and efficiencies. You will design and productionise insights dashboards and address gaps in data making recommendations that improve the business's ability to predict and forward fix. You will therefore have an analytical mindset, be comfortable dealing with large and complex data sets and have Tableau (or similar) skills with the proven ability to present insights in a compelling fashion.
