Service Performance Lead opportunity working for a market leader, this organisation is an international organisation and one of the world's best-known brands. Reporting into the Service Integration Manager this is a newly created role in the business working within a revamped infrastructure and operations team who are now scaling to meet the needs of this ever-growing business.
This role is a new role in the structure and supports the vision, governance and co-ordination of key suppliers at a strategic, tactical and operational level. You will ensure all relevant ITIL processes are effective both across internal teams and the supply chain and support the delivery of integration and interoperability across complex services and multiple suppliers. Driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the supply chain is key for this role, seeing you support opportunities to harmonise the coordination of supply chain activity and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
You will have experience of working within a SIAM model, proven track record in using data and analytics to solve business challenges and have experience of working within a multi-vendor environment.
