Job description

Investigo's major client based in London is seeking an experienced SIAM Service Transistion Architect to join an exciting transformation programme. You will be responsible for the Service Architecture and transistion of new or changed products, platforms or services across the Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation / Transformation Programme.

Responsibilities

  • The Service Architect will play a pivotal role in the definition of, design thinking and thought leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation / Transformation Programme from Target
  • Operating Model (TOM) to BAU operations.
  • The role will lead the Target Operating Model, Service Architecture and Service Support Model design workstream(s) from definition to delivery
  • Creation of a detailed:
    • Target Operating Model
    • Service Support Model
    • Sourcing Strategy Proposal
  • Requirements gathering within the context of Service and Operating Model design
  • Impact assessment of as-is and to-be operating models
  • Business Analysis, Capability mapping, Service Roadmap development
  • Identify and implement required tools and methods to deliver the operating model design
  • Identify and resolve critical design questions
  • Validate existing TOM principles against leading industry practice and trends identifying and closing any gaps
  • The Service Architect will play a pivotal role in achieving stakeholder alignment and consensus through cross functional engagement to evangelise the proposed target operating model and defined sourcing strategy
  • Preparation and socialisation of Service Design artefacts

Key skills

  • Extensive experience of Service Architecture, Service Design & Target Operating Model definition within complex transformation programmes
  • Must have Relevant industry, functional, and technology experience in ERP - SAP or Oracle Cloud (prefferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of architecting E2E Service and Support Models and Solutions from the design phase and into live operations
  • Background in Service delivery / Service Management roles, with solid understanding of Service Management Frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management / Business Relationship Management experience including strong negotiation and influencing skills during periods of change and uncertainty
  • Teaming successfully in fast moving and ambiguous environment
  • Managing outcomes to deadline and budget (incl. risks and issues)
  • Prior experience in leading design of operating models including the creation of service artefacts
