Initial 6 months - £550-£600 per day (inside IR35) - 1 day per week from London office

Our London based Public Sector client have an upcoming requirement for a Service Transition Manager to join on an initial 6-month basis.

Key duties and experience for the Service Transition Manager:

• Take full responsibility for ensuring services transition into production environment, in line with new Azure cloud migration
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure changes around the migration can be implemented effectively
• Ensure all service transition changes are delivered in line with the change life cycle
• Ensure suitable documentation and governance
• Setting and managing acceptance criteria and setting standard for IT project delivery
• The successful candidate will have delivered as a Service Transition Manager as part of an Azure cloud migration
• ITIL certified
• Expertise of Service Transition and Change processes
