My client are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Architect to play a lead role in designing and implementing cutting-edge IT service management solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the ServiceNow landscape, ensuring optimal functionality, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow ITSM architecture, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and industry best practices.
2. Solution Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow ITSM solutions, considering both current needs and future scalability.
3. Platform Optimisation: Lead efforts to optimise the ServiceNow platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
4. Integration Management: Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and other business applications, fostering a unified and efficient IT environment.
5. Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance and compliance standards for ServiceNow ITSM implementations, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
6. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and design principles.
• Strong expertise in IT service management processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
