Site Accountant

Investigo are delighted to have been engaged by a World Renowned FMCG Brand, who are looking to recruit a Site Accountant to be based at one of their largest production sites in Billingham, Stockton on Tees.

The role of Site Accountant is being recruited on a 12-15 month Fixed Term Contract, and will be an integral member of the site leadership team, managing a £140M P&L. They will be responsible for the weekly, periodic and annual planning and reporting of site financial performance. The site accountant reports into the Site Factory General Manager and Central Finance.

The Site Accountant is vital role within the site leadership team supporting the site, business strategy and maintaining strong business partner links at all levels across the site and wider business. The role is responsible for the timely delivery and well expressed communication of weekly, periodic and annual planning, reporting and control of the site's financial and KPI performance. This role manages a team of 2 Assistant Accountants.

The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual who possesses strong accounting experience in an FMCG environment. They will be a strategic, forward thinker who has the ability to manage both the team within finance, and the external site team. Strong systems skills are a pre-requisite for this role, and any experience with JD Edwards (ERP) would be advantageous.

Our Client is offering a salary of £65,000 + £7,500 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
