Financial Accountant

12 month contract

£200 - £275 a day

Investigo are partnering with this global manufacturing business with a site based in Borehamwood who are seeking an interim Financial Accountant. Due to a secondment we are seeking an individual who has a strong technical reporting background, is comfortable running numerous compliance projects as well.

Key Duties

• Preparation of reports highlighting the financial performance of the company
• Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts
• Key contact for supporting the annual external and internal audits
• Ownership of the annual compliance projects, ensuring site hits all deadlines
• Prepare capital expenditure requests in accordance with group policies
• Ensuring compliance in accordance with corporate policies and performing relevant reporting to support this function
• Work closely with Shared Service Centre
• Support the month end process in accordance with strict deadlines
• Ad hoc - covering the site management accountant and Finance manager duties during absences and peak periods
