Software & Cloud Delivery Lead - Enterprise Scale

Investigo has partnered with a UK-based organisation who are undergoing a huge amount of exciting tech transformation. Our client has offices spread throughout the UK but this role will be homed in Leeds, along with the technology delivery team. This is an opportunity to join a real tech business and play a pivotal role in transformation programmes spanning the next 3 years. You'll be tasked with a diverse role, working throughout the tech delivery function and have the unique opportunity to build the team yourself.

This role will work with both internal and external technologists and vendors and you will be critical in the selection, relationship management and technology delivery of a wide range of software led programmes. By utilising them and the team you'll build, you will develop a catalogue of services and applications, cloud deployments and migration for all technology. This role will work directly with senior stakeholders across the organisation and over the next 18 months, aid the development of strategic business objectives.

So, what are we looking for? There are a number of desirables but the key components to being successful are:

• A background in software development, both having been hands-on and leading teams
• Previous experience working technically and commercially with partners and vendors - ideally a mixture of on, near and offshore
• Experience with enterprise level tech transformation programmes
• A thorough understanding of cloud tech, Agile, DevOps and a history of successful delivery
• Any experience delivering enterprise level cloud migrations for business critical systems would be hugely beneficial

Following the pandemic, the business is keeping offices open, but with less reliance on being there in person - ideally this role will spend 2 days a week in their Leeds office.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £85,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. bonus, car allowance, holidays, great pension, private healthcare, and a variety of customisable benefits. The total package is in excess of £100k.
