Software Delivery Manager - Contract

Location & Duration: Reading with hybrid working; once per week expectation to go to office - 6 months initially

Rate & Engagement: Outside IR35 - to £550 per day

A long standing Investigo customer are looking for a Software Delivery Manager to join them on an interim basis. You'll lead a skilled multi-location team in their largest tech transformation project ever; this is a large tech/application build that will involve greenfield builds and re-platforming existing applications into a scalable and secure tech stack driven by AWS.

Functional expertise leading software development/engineering teams is key, particularly someone who has software delivery experience and can plug into the current team. The role would be best engaged on a hybrid working plan; 1-2 days in their Reading office each week.

Skills

• A background of leading technology and engineering teams through large scale software development projects
• Leading teams working on applications built SaaS / PaaS
• Preferably previously experienced as a developer/engineer
• Experienced working with teams spread across multiple locations and time zones

This is an outside IR35 engagement with a day rate on offer of up to £500 per day. Initial contract duration will be 6 months, the process will be submissions no later than Thursday 30th September with interviews taking place w/c 4th October and starting the following week - therefore an immediate start is preferred.
