Why this role matters
The Source to Pay Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the benefit and value by transforming this process. The role is to support the Global S2P Process Owner for our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, Make Finance Brilliant. The programme will replace a large part of our Finance systems and includes the implementation of Ariba and SAP S/4 Hana.

What you'll be doing

• Working with the team to ensure the Source to Pay process improvements optimise the business process, application functionality and business compliance
• Own the relationships necessary to implement the Source to Pay deliverables with Source to Pay and Programme colleagues as well across the business and with the transformation partner teams.
• Manage and drive the Source to Pay detailed plans to meet programme and transformation milestones, escalating risks and issues and important decisions
• Support process walk throughs to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the solution
• Planning and effective execution of testing & quality management reviews of the Source to Pay solution design
• Developing and maintaining Source to Pay training material, process documentation and other supporting material.
• Working with the technical, change and business teams to define and agree the cut over and business readiness plans
• Working in collaboration with the other functional towers of the programme to ensure functional alignment and a complete e2e business solution
• Ensure that the process teams and capabilities areas within Source to Pay (Source to Contract, Purchase to Order, Invoice to Pay, Data, Reporting) are aligned and the functional solutions work optimally in the Source to Pay suite

• Demonstrable functional knowledge and expertise of design and implementation of Ariba ,S/4 Hana & VIM in a global organisation for the source to pay process
• Experience in supporting the technical delivery and integration of the SAP S2P solutions
• Clear practical understanding of what source to pay best practise looks like, with experience of developing, reviewing, and implementing process change
• Experience of working in organisations with variety of procurement channels to multiple business units across multiple geographies
• Experience of large-scale data migration from multiple legacy source systems into single SAP solution as part of overall solution deliverable
• Effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with other members of the team
• Strong and collaborative working approach with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations
• Motivating cross functional teams to successful delivery
• Excellent communication skills, writing, facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
