Sourcing Manager

I am currently recruiting an exciting Sourcing Manager role for a manufacturing business who works within the hospitality industry. This successful business continues to expand.

They are looking for someone with experience of sourcing from Europe

If you speak Czech, Slovakian or Slovenian that's beneficial but isn't essential.

Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies
Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
Recommend negotiation strategies to secure best possible routes
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
Negotiating contracts, cost prices, payment terms, MOQs, SLAs etc
Management of ongoing relationships with existing suppliers
Own supplier onboarding process ensuring compliance standards are met
Completing and filing supplier audits to ensure alignment with the company ethical sourcing policy and GMP
Ensure sustainable procurement practices integrating ESG principles
