ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Scientist, Cell Line Engineering will help accelerate the development of their therapies and assist with virus creation and assay development as well as potentially manage some Research Associates. Other responsibilities include:

• Performing cell culture and virus creation and purification
• Genome engineering and creation of cell lines
• HTS of optimized cell lines
• Development of assays and techniques

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in relevant scientific field
• Experience engineering cell lines
• Mammalian cell culture experience and cloning techniques

DESIRABLE SKILLSET:

• Experience with AAV
• Experience with Next Generation Sequence preparation
• Experience with HTS methods
