TITLE:

Sr. Scientist/Group Lead, AAV Vector Production

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the vector production team in implementing a robust production and testing process suitable for multiple production scales and capsids
• Assist scientists and research associates in designing experiments to improve vector production and purification platform
• Work collaboratively with process development team to implement scale-up technologies and process improvements in vector production platform

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bioreactor operations or development experience
• Technical proficiency with AKTA purification systems
• Experience with AAV vector production strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a vector core facility or group, or producing multiple AAV vector serotypes
• Previous experience leading a team with direct reports
