Job description
- Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of stocks and the reconciliations of control accounts and P&L movements including stock
- Identify and address slow-moving or obsolete inventory, implementing strategies to minimize financial losses
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to inventory transactions and valuations
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management, providing insights into inventory-related matters
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the inventory management system, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain
- Working with Parks and Finance BPs regularly reconcile physical inventory counts with the accounting records to identify and resolve any discrepancies
