Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join a growing procurement team to help design and implement the sustainable procurement strategy and processes for the business for the next 10 years, in line with the companies Social Value framework, as we start to build relationships with new and existing suppliers.

The are looking for some with some procurement experience and ideally COUPA experience



The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will report to the Senior Procurement Assistant and their duties will include:

Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.

Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and company policies during the supplier onboarding process to mitigate potential risks.

You will also support the Social Value team in maintaining a positive and collaborative culture
*
Continually assess and promote sustainable and responsible procurement, in line with the Social Value framework, including social, cultural and diversity values in the organisation and throughout the supply chain.

Review and validate supplier-provided documentation, such as business licenses, tax identification numbers, financial statements, and other relevant records.

Assess the risks association with new suppliers based on the outcome of KYC assessments and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
*
Communicate effectively with suppliers to collate required documentation, address queries and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, documentation, and compliance
