Talent Acquisition Advisor - Professional Services

I am looking for an experienced in-house or agency recruiter to join an dynamic Professional Services business, on a permanent basis.
Working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support on junior to mid-level recruitment across all parts of the business, helping them to grow across the UK and Europe. You will also support on Senior recruitment as and when required.
You will also take the lead on Emerging Careers Talent Acquisition, partnering with leading Universities and running careers fairs to help support entry level and Graduate recruitment. You will also get involved in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can build strong and successful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business. We are looking for someone with proven success sourcing talent from a wide variety of channels, including leads from social networking, online tools, job boards, referrals and database sourcing.
What we are looking for
- Agency or In-House Recruitment experience in a high volume, professional environment
- Experience in proactive direct-sourcing managing candidates from initial communication to offer stage
- Strong relationship-building and organisational skills and ability to work in a busy environment
- Ideally, proven experience working in the professional services, financial services or investments sectors
- Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ideally experience in Early Careers or Graduate Recruitment
