Location: City of London, hyrbrid model of working

HALF DAY EVERY FRIDAY! 25 days annual leave on top and amazing share options

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

• Supporting Senior leadership team with hiring needs
• Business Partnering and working strategically with the Hiring Managers
• Reporting into the Diretor or Talent and supporting with hiring projects
• Always take a detailed brief to determine selection criteria
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP to identify staffing needs
• Regularly updating to HRBP and Hiring Managers
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), thinking outside the box on how to attract new talent
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Team Tailor)
• Support the design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Proven Talent/Recruitment experience, open to industry
• 360 knowledge of the recruitment process
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders of the business
• Sees value in collaboration and proactively shares knowledge and information with others to ensure colleagues and clients can achieve the best outcomes
• Supports company ambition and adapts to and embraces change
