Location: FULLY remote!

Salary: £35,000 + car allowance

Job Description:

• Supporting Senior leadership team with hiring needs
• Business Partnering and working strategically with the Hiring Managers
• Thinking of new ideas to support the digitisation of the recruitment process
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks),
• Thinking outside the box on how to attract new talent
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Team Tailor)
• Implementing processes and procedures

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Proven Talent/Recruitment experience, open to industry
• 360 knowledge of the recruitment process
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders of the business
• Sees value in collaboration and proactively shares knowledge and information with others to ensure colleagues and clients can achieve the best outcomes
• Supports company ambition and adapts to and embraces change
