Team Assistant / Administrator - AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

This is an incredible Team Administrator role working for a fantastic firm in the City of London (Liverpool Street Station). Really friendly team and varied role. Temporary contract for 6 months - candidates MUST be available immediately

Salary: £12 per hour / £25,000 pa

Location: City of London (Liverpool Street Station)

Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm - 1 hour lunch break

Working: Hybrid, 2 days at home x3 in the office

Job Description:

  • Diary management, booking meetings
  • HR Administration
  • Sending out contracts for new starters
  • Compliance, checking passports and ID
  • Monthly billing and invoicing clients
  • General typing - audio and copy typing - letters, emails, witness statements, attendance notes etc.
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Booking couriers/taxis

  • Organised, professional and hard working
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great team player and happy to support the Senior team
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • An interest in working within the legal sector
