Job description
This is an incredible Team Administrator role working for a fantastic firm in the City of London (Liverpool Street Station). Really friendly team and varied role. Temporary contract for 6 months - candidates MUST be available immediately
Salary: £12 per hour / £25,000 pa
Location: City of London (Liverpool Street Station)
Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm - 1 hour lunch break
Working: Hybrid, 2 days at home x3 in the office
Job Description:
- Diary management, booking meetings
- HR Administration
- Sending out contracts for new starters
- Compliance, checking passports and ID
- Monthly billing and invoicing clients
- General typing - audio and copy typing - letters, emails, witness statements, attendance notes etc.
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Booking couriers/taxis
Personal skills and attributes
- Organised, professional and hard working
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great team player and happy to support the Senior team
- Attention to detail is essential
- An interest in working within the legal sector
