Technical Architect - £800PD - (Outside IR35) - London/Hybrid

I am currently working with an Insurance business who are looking to bring in a technical Architect to join their team. They are looking for someone to define technology change roadmap in partnership with the EA's business leadership tram, accounting for short and long-term needs.

Key Objectives:

• Conduct architecture impact assessments on new business demand, engage in product selection and provide insight into best practices within the domain
• Ability to define organisational structures that promote the desired architecture including rationalising technology portfolio and simplifying technical landscape
• Support solution architecture and design process, review solution design documentation, and advise on non-functional requirements
• Manage communications between technical stakeholders and suppliers/vendors, facilitating design discussions and presenting architectural options.
• Ability to provide the vision, evolution and communication of an enterprise's technical architecture, creating the strategic and portfolio-level technical roadmaps and communicating to non-technical teams / stakeholders

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of target operating models and their application in Salesforce implementations.
• Experience in designing and implementing delegated authority models within Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
