Technical Author - Media

Investigo has an immediate contract opportunity for a Technical Author with a Global Media Company supporting a back-office technology initiative. You will be working with multiple project and application teams across their brands, providing highly detailed documentation around finance, reporting and integration technologies.

• Creating technical architecture diagrams and support documentation for internal users, adhering to brand guidelines for each division.
• Must bring significant experience as a technical writer supporting back office technology transformations, ideally with a global organisation.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Keynote, Google Docs or Google Slides is preferred.
• Interview subject matter experts and prepare relevant technical content, ensuring accurate documentation is delivered to meet deadlines.
