Telephony Project Manager
Initial 3 month contract - £450 per day (Inside IR35) - Mostly remote, occasional visits to London office
Our London based local authorities' client, have a requirement for a Telephony Project Manager to join from the 4th October. The organisation in question has an ambitious 3 year technology strategy that will take them to hosted and cloud based solutions and a strategic partnership delivering a range of the Microsoft stack.
Key experience required for the Telephony Project Manager

  • Skype for Business (SfB)
  • MS Teams
  • Contact centre solutions - adoption and migration of front-line voice services
    • Integration with Business Tools
    • Interface; ease of use and disability friendly
    • Call Recording
    • Flexibility and Scalability; Blended in house and work from Home and other offices
    • Call Quality
    • Provisioning and Internal Support
    • Security and Encryption
  • Experience of VOIP and SIP Products
  • Working as part of a structured, fast paced programme
  • Responsible for leading Business Analysts, Contract and commercial leads and TDA resources.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expert in planning (MS Project)
  • RAID & Action control, identification and management
  • Senior level sponsor engagement - excellent presenting and problem solving skills
  • Experience working for local authorities is highly desirable
