Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global, recognisable organisation with their search for a Testing Manager. This role is responsible for the test management life cycle to support business streams on a large transformation project. The successful candidate will have complete ownership of the test management life cycle, be responsible for the creation and implementation of testing plans, produce testing scripts and the instruction to testers, be an SME in the methods of testing and bring knowledge & expertise to the organisation to ensure testing is efficient and effective.

As well as ideally being from a pharmaceutical or manufacturing background, the successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience leading and delivering and full test management life cycle
• Experience of leading a team of testers to complete UAT and follow testing scripts
• Cross-functional staff management experience
• Knowledge of testing plan creation and testing methods
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
