A Global entertainment company has a requirement for an experienced analytically minded Trainer to join their change team. They are looking for someone who has experience of transitioning projects, with detailed process experience.

Key experience:`

• Demonstrated experience in training documentation, complex scheduling, curriculum and evaluation/assessments
• Ability to work autonomously as part of team and draw on experience to make judgement calls independently as a training expert
• Able to influence at all stakeholder levels
• Motivated, a good communicator, able to prioritise and get into the detail quickly
• Experience of producing complex training schedules and detailed training curriculum's
• Developing learning assessments with help from SMEs
• Creating SOP documentation working with SMEs
• Production of Process driven supporting training material
• KPI/MI reporting/training attendance tracking
