Transaction Manager - London - £60-75,000

Investigo are working with a large well-known Property Consultancy to recruit for a Transaction Manager on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Transactions Management across EMEA, including acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Analysis and optimisation of client portfolio
• Coordination of internal and external resources to execute transaction strategy
• Regular client meetings and presentation of findings and date

The Person

• Experience of using financial models and managing lease information
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to deliver advise to clients to meet their business requirement
• Ability to collate information from multiple sources
• Ability to build strong relationships
