Job description

An NHS Trust is seeking to recruit an EPR System Transformation Lead to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 2 months with the high likelihood of an extension thereafter. The role requires a minimum of on site presence 3 times per week in the south of the UK near to London.

The EPR System Transformation Lead role is a pivotal position working across the Trust. Responsible for the delivery to the programme team in driving forward from Plan, Align, Engage, Activate and closure of the EPR programme and transition to BAU.

    1. To provide Leadership to the delivery Workstreams, to ensure successful implementation of the Programme.

    1. Deliver transformation & change plus complex benefits concepts, risks and issues clearly in a quantifiable way that allows progress to be monitored by both technical and non-technical audiences, Programme and Senior Trust stakeholders within the EPR Joint Domain Programme governance framework

  1. Provide leadership to the EPR programme Workstreams to ensure delivery of the Workstream gateways (and their interdependencies), ensuring the programme successfully passes through all required contractual gateways.

  1. To lead and be accountable for, the delivery of programme transformation, change & training activities.
