Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Treasury Risk and Reporting manager for a Group PLC business within consumer goods with operations in the UK, Ireland, France and Brazil. They are a fast track FTSE 250 business with strong positive pro-active culture split across sites in Hemel and Solihull where their SSC is based.

The business is made up of high performing teams and look to recruit upward curve talent who seek roles with high levels of autonomy and the chance to challenge the status quo and make improvements. The company have performed well this year with a 23% rise I revenue compared to this time last year and are moving positively forward following impacts on retail / hospitality over COVID.

Due to said growth they are looking to a Treasury Risk and Reporting Manager to join their team based in Solihull

The Treasury Risk and Reporting Manager will support the management of the Group's exposure to financial risks including foreign exchange, interest rates and commodities and ensuring the appropriate accounting and economic outcomes are achieved.

Playing a key role in developing the Group's currency forecasting processes, implementing risk management process improvements and improving the visibility of the Group's risk position. Working with the team and key stakeholders to develop and improve treasury reporting outputs and the use of core systems to drive automated reporting.

The successful candidate must be studying towards their ACMT ( Association of Corporate Treasury - PQ or fully qualified). FX, interest rate and risk management experience is key to be able to succeed in this role. The candidate must have approx 3 years' experience within a treasury function with specific exposure to Risk Management and derivatives.
