Job description
A government ministerial department are seeking security cleared digital professionals to work on a Discovery through to Live phase project.
We need immediately available, security cleared User Researchers to join the teams of 25 to work across a variation of programs across the portfolio. They are using a user centred design approach and working with a multi-disciplinary team mixed with Researchers, Designers, Developers, Security Architecture , Delivery and Product Managers.
Research is expected to identify user needs and gaps within the system by conducting user interviews, observations, running workshops, engaging with stakeholders regularly and deliver reports that identify how to achieve desired outcomes.
Throughout Alpha and Beta Researchers mostly work in multidisciplinary teams driving the direction of the work and ensuring outcomes are achieved. Responding to continuous improvement requests and ensuring we are consistent and conforming to display and content patterns across the department will be a key part of this role.
This role will fall outside of the IR35 regulations and be based on pre-agree milestones and deliverables with the client.
