Following a recent company acquisition our leading global payments client is redefining the way its delivery model is run globally. Presently they have 2 companies operating in a hybrid model between Agile & waterfall which is no longer fit for purpose. As such they are structuring a new delivery framework to introduce across the business to improve delivery, efficiency & overall experience across the organisation.

As such the business are looking to bring in a consultant to review, refine & help design a new delivery framework globally. Once completing the design this consultant will be involved in educating the business to the benefits of the delivery model through various launches, coaching & training sessions.

The new approach will improve the overall business speed, efficiency & delivery capability globally & expose the consultant to key high level stakeholders within the organisation.

As such the business are looking for someone from the following background:

• Ways of working improvement programmes
• Financial services organisations
• Consultancy organisations
• Coaching & training delivery

The role will involve:

• Reviewing & assessing the current delivery framework / model
• Identifying areas of improvement
• Innovating the delivery model / framework & approach
• Educating the business on the new delivery model
• Coaching & training business areas on the new delivery capability / framework
• Launching the new model through workshops, & various delivery meetings
• Rolling out the model globally.

The ideal candidate will have fulfilled aspects of the following roles:

• Delivery operating model design
• Training / coaching assignments
• Innovating a previously used delivery framework
• Transforming ways of work programmes

This role will exposure the individual to high level stakeholders within the business & give them global experience. This is a 6 month initial contract that could extend.
