WIP Controller - Maternity Cover

Our client is an International Marketing & Advertising Business and is looking for a Revenue / WIP controller to join on a permanent basis. This is a great role for someone who has a strong WIP / Revenue Accounting background who would like to progress in their career and get experience within a large multinational organisation. This role is looking for someone to start ASAP so immediately available candidates with relevant media industry experience will be prioritised.

The role:

• Analysis of project finances
• Invoicing clients and monitoring client spend
• Produce monthly budgeting and forecasting packs for senior stakeholders
• Month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and review of accrued and deferred revenue calculations and balances
• Business Partnering with Account Managers on WIP Accounting
• Involved in all aspects of FP&A
• Business partnering across different finance functions and non-finance stakeholders

The candidate:

• Part / Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience gained within a media company would be an advantage
• Experience within a Marketing / Advertising agency is favourable
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, able to exceed deadlines and work in a fast paced environment;
