Workday Financials Security Lead

A leading client of mine is looking for a Workday Financials Security Lead as they embark on a huge finance modernisation programme, with Workday being at the heart of it. This is for a phase 1 implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Workday Finance security controls and protocols.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance across all finance-related systems.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday Finance security configurations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential security risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to continually enhance security measures.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Workday Finance security administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of finance-related security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in analysing security requirements and designing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Security Certifications) preferred but not required.
