Workday HCM Lead (Senior Consultant)

As a Workday Senior Consultant/HCM Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of their Workday HCM systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, configure solutions, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on Workday best practices and industry trends.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the value of their Workday investment.
• Stay abreast of Workday updates and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Extensive experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of leading successful Workday implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Workday HCM certification preferred.
