Job Title: Workday Reporting Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust reporting solutions within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs, ensure data integrity, and provide insightful analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Advanced Reporting: Design and develop complex reports using Workday's advanced reporting tools.
  • Data Architecture: Manage and maintain data architecture for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Data Aggregation and Analysis: Oversee the aggregation and analysis of data, manage reporting requests, and ensure the timely delivery of monthly and quarterly reports to various internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain high-quality HR data and ensure data integrity across all systems.
  • Data Modeling: Participate in data modeling activities for compensation campaigns to ensure accurate and effective data representation.
  • Power BI Expertise: Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide comprehensive visual analytics.
  • HR Systems Integration: Involve in the data architecture and maintenance of other HR systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Workday Reporting Specialist or in a similar role with a strong focus on reporting and analytics within the Workday platform.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reporting, and other Workday reporting tools. Strong understanding of Workday data structures and business processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
