​Richard Eardley has stepped into the role of CEO for Investigo, InX, and Definia, key brands within The IN Group, a global leader in talent solutions. Bringing over 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Richard is renowned for his ability to drive growth, revitalize businesses in complex markets, and lead cultural transformations across diverse regions, including Asia.

New CEO

​Derek took up the role of CEO of Investigo in July 2023. Having successfully built our brand in the technology sector and grown our business change and strategy businesses, he’s now overseeing our growth as a company. At the start of 2023 he launched Campaign, the UK’s first LGBTQ+ business network for the recruitment industry.
