Investigo’s SAP Conference 2016

​Bringing thought provoking information and insight from around the world were the key objectives of the Investigo SAP conference, held on Thursday 3rd November at Furniture Makers Hall. Attended by over 70 SAP specialists, the evening provided a discussion platform on SAP HANA, C4C, IBP and SuccessFactors along with what the future for SAP in the cloud looks like. There was also the opportunity to network during the conference whilst enjoying drinks and canapes, which concluded in an extremely successful evening event, enjoyed by all who attended.

Business Transformation through Cloud solutions – how to bring it all together?

The conference began with a visually engaging presentation, which set the tone for the evening’s proceedings. By drawing upon a comparative analogy between data and oil, the merits of how HANA makes data more granular were discussed – ‘resulting in you not having to drill everywhere to find what you are looking for.’ The capabilities of the product and its real-time loop reporting were discussed and illustrated HANA’s ability to be the as a secret weapon for SAP. A candid review of C4C gave attendees insight to the good, bad and ugly of the product. The overriding advice from all was to ensure movement with the times as everything that is now known will no longer be relevant in 5 years’ due to the pace of the market’s pace of development.
