Our specialised team is part of the wider Investigo eco-system and can draw on experts from other areas commonly required within the sector including Procurement, Cyber Security and Data.

Our team focus on a number of core areas with specialist consultants in Qualified Finance; Risk; Compliance; Technology; and Change.
How did the Banking & Financial Services team come into existence at Investigo?
Banking & FS businesses demand expert partners who understand the unique challenges of the sector. As a team we are able to draw on wide networks of SMEs to help with these complex demands. By focussing on niche areas our team have become a go-to partner for hard-to-fill roles. The team adopt a low-maintenance approach that compliments the work being done by on-site talent teams within our clients.
In your view, what distinguishes your team from other recruitment teams operating within the banking and finance sector?
I was excited to join a team that had an award-winning reputation, positioned as true experts within the sector. The team has evolved in the past 5 years but continues to set high standards and is made up of highly skilled recruiters, with a typical tenure of 5+ years, who demonstrate well-practised sector knowledge. I am proud of the way our team partner with our clients to solve complex business challenges.
Where do you see the team heading in the next year or so?
Within my world we hope to continue our organic growth, ensuring we remain specialist. Adding the right consultants to our team is essential in maintaining our reputation and current market position . As a wider team, we will continue to leverage our trusted networks and look to consolidate our position as a supplier of choice across the city.
