On Friday 25th January, we held our annual End of Year celebration, where we brought the whole company together to recognise our achievements over the course of 2018 and to showcase the plan for the year ahead. While we recognise our top billing consultants each year, this year we introduced a new set of Investigo Awards to recognise and reward individuals across the business who went above and beyond in 2018. The categories included: New Starter, Director, Support Person and Investigo Person of 2018.
We wanted to share with you the well-deserved nominations and winners for the Director of the Year 2018.
We have a talented and ambitious teams of Director’s. The strength of the team comes from the experience and passion each individual brings to both their team and the business. Leading from the front, there are many who regularly occupy the top of the revenue league table. Over the course of 2018, we have seen some exceptional team performances resulting in record-breaking months/quarters and our Directors have continued to exceed expectations.
The nominees for the Director of the year were:
And the winner was… Kelly Fordham, Director of Banking and Financial Services
You will be hard-pushed to find someone more resilient and dedicated at Investigo than Kelly. We all have tough periods and for Kelly, hers was in 2017. After rebuilding her team back from just a couple of people, she has turned a loss-making business unit into a very successful one, and between them they have absolutely smashed 2018. Acquiring some exceptional hires from our competition, Kelly has built a team who are committed to making Banking and FS a huge success. They are the epitome of ‘team’ supporting, celebrating and evidently have lots of fun together! Kelly contributes to the wider business and has always great ideas to offer. Her teams’ success in 2018 is a testament to the great people that Kelly has got on board, as well as her hard work and will to succeed.
Nick Baxter, CEO, commented: “Kelly is the perfect example of where hard work and commitment can get you. Over the past 18 months she has built a fantastic team, who will run through walls for her. The team as it stands is the strongest it has even been and I have a feeling that there will be no stopping them now.”
