This session will focus on how organisations can move from simply measuring diversity to measuring inclusion and perceptions of belonging. As part of this discussion on measuring inclusion at work, we will be drawing on the latest research from VERCIDA Consulting, Inclusive Leadership by Design, the Six Traits of Inclusive Change Makers - How do inclusive leaders think and act? How does inclusive leadership impact wider perceptions of belonging? The session will be supported by case studies as well as an inclusive leadership assessment tool.
