Job description
I am looking for a proactive individual to join a dynamic property team in a key role supporting the lettings and finance operations of a growing residential portfolio.
- Structure: 3 working days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- Location: London
- Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of lettings administration and accounting duties within a professional and supportive environment. You'll play a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and landlords, managing everything from tenancy deposits to supplier invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Register new tenant deposits and issue certificates via the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
Verify and upload certificates to lettings software (Qube or similar)
Support tenancy renewals and manage associated lease and termination charges
Process supplier invoices, including ground rent, service charge, and utilities
Post and reconcile daily rent receipts and manage rent arrears communications
Respond to landlord and tenant queries on statements, charges, and account matters
Review supplier statements and monitor payment status
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records across all lettings activities
About You
You're someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation. Whether you come from a lettings accounts, residential administration, or property management background, managing priorities, and supporting busy property operations.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Experience in residential lettings accounting or administration
Proficient with lettings software (Qube experience ideal, but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
A proactive self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
Comfortable managing high-volume data and documentation
