Job description

Finance Administrator - Part Time (12 month FTC)

£25,000

22-25 hours per week.

As a finance administrator you will play a crucial part in managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records and providing general administrative support to the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.
  • Ensure financial transactions are properly documented and filed.
  • Assist in the preparation of statements.
  • Update and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in gathering data.
  • Administration of all bank accounts ensuring that mandates are kept up to date.
  • Attending to queries from the business promptly and in line with customer-care principles.
