Finance Administrator - Part Time (12 month FTC)
£25,000
22-25 hours per week.
As a finance administrator you will play a crucial part in managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records and providing general administrative support to the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly documented and filed.
- Assist in the preparation of statements.
- Update and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in gathering data.
- Administration of all bank accounts ensuring that mandates are kept up to date.
- Attending to queries from the business promptly and in line with customer-care principles.
