The Opportunity
Our fantastic rapidly growing client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounts Payable team at their Head Office on the outskirts of Southall.

Job Responsibilities

• Process 150+ invoices per week
• Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
• Authorise all invoices in accordance with minimum control guidelines.
• Code and post all invoices correctly and promptly, prioritising month-end close processing.
• Upload and maintain Web Expenses
• Reconcile supplier statements quarterly.
• Perform PO invoice 3-way matching.

Experience and Competencies

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, including 3-way matching
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Sage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with invoice processing
• Professional and supportive communication skills, both internally and externally
