Accounts Payable Clerk

Investigo Finance are partnering exclusively with an FMCG client based in Welwyn Garden City recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

In the position of Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report to the financial controller managing all aspects of outgoing payments within finance. Other key duties to include:

• Processing, posting and coding supplier invoices
• Reviewing bank statements
• Bank reconciliations
• Weekly Payment runs
• Maintain external inbox emails
• Processing payments
• Dealing with multi-currency invoices to include Dollars/ Sterling/ Euros
• Ad hoc duties

The Profile

The successful candidate with need to have previous Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger experience

Attention to detail and ability to resolve supplier queries from start to finish

Intermediate excel skills

The Salary

£24,000 to £26,000 plus benefits
