Automation Test Engineer - Java based Systems

We are looking for a talented and committed Automation Tester (DevInTestOps) who will join to a Product Team as QA Senior automation tester to become a part of a development team.

The tech stack is Java backed built using Spring Boot backed by a SQL database, and a Javascript React front end. We deploy into a PaaS using a Jenkins pipeline. We also interface with Git and the Gitlab API. We are in the process of transitioning towards an event-driven architecture.

The candidate will be focused on delivery automation testing with BDD/TDD methodology, implementing a CI/CD approach and working with testing frameworks and tools available or developing new ones if are needed.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Test Automation using different frameworks.
• Experience in at least one program language Java, Javascript, Phyton, Swfit, Go
• Experience in automation at least in one technology, REST APIs, Web or Mobile
• Experience in Selenium or Appium and Jmeter.

• Experience implemented CI/CD approach, pipeline configurations.
• Experience developing automation testing with BDD/TDD approach methodology and Gherkins language.
• Confident with GIT object model, branching and pull-request work-flow.
