Senior Business Analyst // Insurance // Target Operating Model // Organisational Design

A Global Insurer has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to their London based team for a multi-year programme creating a new global operations system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the workstream lead and regional leads in delivering against plan
  • Planning and facilitating workshops and driving tasks to completion
  • Managing large data sets and producing MI and reports

Key Skills:

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Experience working on Operating Models, Org Design & Communications
  • Consultancy background preferred
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and personal negotiation skills
  • Capacity to conceptualise as well as operationalise business strategies
  • Ability to efficiently interact with company senior leaders
