Business Analyst - Operational Process

Business Analyst required by a growing London Market Insurance broker. The business is building its change capability and as a consequence requires additional Business Analysts to support this growth. Candidates will be working on a broad portfolio of projects but will have particular focus on operations, looking at operational process, process mapping, re-engineering etc. Candidates will need to have a proven track record of insurance broking, combined with strong business analysis skills, or an operational background with an interest in moving into a business analyst position.

Required skills

• Proven Insurance Broking experience (ideally London market).
• Strong business analysis skills or an operational background with an interest in moving into business analysis.
• Experience of Insurance operations with a focus on operational processes, process mapping, re-engineering etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
