Our FinTech banking client have recently looked at it's change function & undertaken a review on it's business processes. Out of the review stemmed a new team focused purely around operational excellence & process improvement.

This team will work with project & product teams to undertake a review of their current processes, ensure they're documented & worked with the business areas to improve their current processes. The business are united in their want / need to document & improve this area of their business.

The role will involve:

• Reviewing current business processes
• Documenting business processes
• Working with project & product teams to undertake a journey with them to understand what good looks like with them
• Design & implement new standards around business process
• Work in line with Lead six sigma principals when designing
• Work with key business stakeholders
• Help improve ways of working

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Business process improvement - or having come from a strong Business analysis background into business process
• Lead six sigma working experience - qualifications not essential
• Banking, FinTech or wider Financial Services Experience
• Working with key business stakeholders
• Hands on in documenting business processes

This role sits in a small new team within a medium sized organisation that is making huge changes to the industry. The role will be very hands on but offer the candidate significant exposure in an exciting organisation.
