Our FinTech banking client have recently looked at it's change function & undertaken a review on it's business processes. Out of the review stemmed a new team focused purely around operational excellence & process improvement.
This team will work with project & product teams to undertake a review of their current processes, ensure they're documented & worked with the business areas to improve their current processes. The business are united in their want / need to document & improve this area of their business.
The role will involve:
- Reviewing current business processes
- Documenting business processes
- Working with project & product teams to undertake a journey with them to understand what good looks like with them
- Design & implement new standards around business process
- Work in line with Lead six sigma principals when designing
- Work with key business stakeholders
- Help improve ways of working
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Business process improvement - or having come from a strong Business analysis background into business process
- Lead six sigma working experience - qualifications not essential
- Banking, FinTech or wider Financial Services Experience
- Working with key business stakeholders
- Hands on in documenting business processes
This role sits in a small new team within a medium sized organisation that is making huge changes to the industry. The role will be very hands on but offer the candidate significant exposure in an exciting organisation.
