Job description
Capital Reporting Lead | 6 Months | Up to £700 p/d umbrella | Hybrid | London
Investigo are partnered with a SME challenger bank in central London, looking for a Capital Reporting Lead to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the end-to-end process for capital reporting to the PRA including COREP - Own Funds, Large Exposure, Leverage Ratio)
- Responsible for the end-to-end process for capital related reporting to the parent company.
- Lead the UAT testing for capital related returns for the Regulatory Reporting Automation Project.
- Responsible for completing any ad-hoc tasks such as QIS, impact analysis relating to reporting to the parent company.
- Liaise with the Treasury Capital Planning team to ensure all capital interpretations are implemented and up to date.
- Assist in the Basel 3.1 implementation project from a capital perspective.
- Continue to enhance overall governance, reconciliation, and review process.
- Continue to improve manual processes to find new ways of automating and reducing risk.
- Ensuring all SOPs are up to date for most recent reporting cycle and for any changes to regulations and internal processes.
- Assist in the regulatory reporting automation project as necessary.
Requirements:
- You are qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven track record of working in regulatory reporting, specifically capital reporting focused positions
- You have a broad understanding of banking products.
- You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- You are a driven individual, able to maintain strong focus, adapt quickly and demonstrate sound motivational qualities, both individually and as part of a team
