Job description
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager with a broad knowledge of agile delivery methodologies. This will be working directly in the Business Change team for a Pensions business. Insurance, Business Change Delivery and Agile experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collaborative, dynamic planning process
- Manage effective delivery of change, using the appropriate agile methodology
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Managing cross-functional work and dependencies
- Identify and manage key risks and blockers
- End to end ownership and delivery of a business change initiative
Essential for the role:
- Proven end to end project delivery
- Insurance experience
- Agile delivery experience, a certification is highly desirable
- A professional Agile certification highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder and negotiation management skills
- Extensive business change delivery experience
