Our client is recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager with a broad knowledge of agile delivery methodologies. This will be working directly in the Business Change team for a Pensions business. Insurance, Business Change Delivery and Agile experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collaborative, dynamic planning process
  • Manage effective delivery of change, using the appropriate agile methodology
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder management and engagement
  • Managing cross-functional work and dependencies
  • Identify and manage key risks and blockers
  • End to end ownership and delivery of a business change initiative

Essential for the role:

  • Proven end to end project delivery
  • Insurance experience
  • Agile delivery experience, a certification is highly desirable
  • A professional Agile certification highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder and negotiation management skills
  • Extensive business change delivery experience
