Enterprise Agile Coach

Enterprise Agile coach required by a leading global financial services organisation located in London that is heavily invested in Agile across its delivery functions. Positioned within the organisations Digital Transformation division the Agile Coach will be responsible for the development, maintenance, adoption, and refinement of customer-centric design and agile delivery methods and practices in support of business unit agile transformations.

Required experience

  • Extensive experience with agile delivery and as an enterprise Agile coach / transformation lead.
  • Deep understanding of iterative/exploratory product development processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and communication - able to 'walk the leadership floor' and identify improvement opportunities on the fly to multiple senior stakeholders and teams, and support with proactive interventions.
  • Strong training skills, with the ability to create and deliver training interventions to support delivery teams.
  • Awareness of and experience with a broad range of Agile techniques such as: Value stream mapping, Persona mapping, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Ability to hands on demonstrate agile concepts & use of artefacts such as user stories, impact maps, story maps, story prioritisation techniques, big visible charts, planning, estimation techniques, governance sessions, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile approaches: SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, FDD, Less, Nexus etc.
