Enterprise Agile Coach required by a leading financial services organisation to support their transition from a legacy waterfall to an Agile future state. Positioned within the Agile Portfolio office the Enterprise Agile Coach will be working with a range of senior stakeholders to support this waterfall to Agile journey, guiding continuous improvement and providing exec level support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an Agile Coach at enterprise level, and have previously supported a business transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.

Required experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach operating at enterprise level.
• Experience of supporting a business transitioning from waterfall to Agile.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills up to exec level.
• Previous experience of Agile in a delivery sense, so ideally performed previous positions as a scrum master of product owner.
• A rounded agile background (scrum, Safe, Kanban etc).
